PROJECT SCOPE & CONSULTATION:

Your resume and other document services as ordered will be prepared based on information provided during your Resume Strategy Session and with your questionnaire. Please be as thorough as possible with your information and during our session!

If additional/new information is introduced after your draft is prepared, a minimum $25 fee for consultation, writing or revisions will be applicable.

PROOFREADING:

Clients are asked to check ALL draft document(s) for accuracy and completeness.

If corrections are needed, clients are asked to forward them via e-mail.

While we proofread extensively, clients must examine their personal, career, and contact information thoroughly to help prevent errors.

TRUTHFULNESS OF INFORMATION:

Your success is important to us! We encourage all clients to be as truthful as possible during our resume process.

An Expert Resume will not confirm, attempt to verify, or be responsible for truthfulness of information provided by clients.

Clients will hold An Expert Resume harmless from claims based on any inaccuracy of information in the documents created.

REVISIONS:

Up to two sets of revisions (based on original material provided) are included in our fees.

If client wishes to make additional or discretionary revisions, then additional writing, rework and/or consultation fees may apply ($25 minimum charge).

RESUME BRANDING INTERVIEW:

We reserve time for your session according to the package level chosen. If an extended interview is required, additional time will be billed in quarter-hour increments at the rate of $125 hourly.

DIGITAL / ELECTRONIC FILES:

An Expert Resume cannot guarantee the compatibility of computer files with client systems or that documents will retain their original formatting features.

Document files will be delivered in Microsoft Word format, plus PDF. ASCII text versions will be provided upon request.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES:

Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Fees are NOT refundable once work on project has begun.

An Expert Resume’s finished product, the electronic / digital document draft, is the result of professional resume writing expertise and consultation, and represents services rendered.

PROJECT TIMELINE:

We prefer to finalize your project in an expedient manner and quickly make documents available for your use.

We are happy to tune the resume to your preference, and it is best to accomplish this while the material is still fresh.

Unless discussed otherwise, client agrees to finalize resume (or accept work as written) within 14 business days after electronic document delivery.
